    Browse the BOGS footwear catalog - the entire catalog or only the group you are interested in (e.g., All or Kids’). Each pair of BOGS boots is complemented with a description. After you choose the ones you like, select the right size and enter the desired quantity (e.g., 1), then click on "Add to Cart" and / or choose another pair of BOGS in the catalog, or go directly to "Buy". Check if you have the required boots in your cart and then click on "Order". You can change your order - delete incorrect items, change the number of units - by pressing "Update Shopping Cart" or you can go to "Continue Shopping" and choose another pair of boots from the start.
    Enter all the necessary details (fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory). Then select the delivery address and click on "Continue". We can help you purchase the BOGS boots you like only after we have received all the data required.
    If the delivery address is different from the payer’s address, please complete the required information in the pop-up window - BOGS will arrive at this location (you can enter the workplace or another delivery address, whichever is more convenient for you). Continue with your purchase: specify the delivery method (e.g., Standard) and "Order".
    Goods  will be delivered by our companions, the DPD parcel shipment service, for an extra amount which will be included in the total invoice. 
    When we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail - confirmation of the order and the invoice. You then must transfer the required sum of money to our account through online banking or wire transfer:

    Upon receipt of payment, we will arrange a BOGS package for you.

    Upon receipt of payment, we will give you additional notice as soon as your goods are shipped.
    The goods will arrive to the address indicated by you in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia within 1-3 working days.
    The cost of delivery will be immediately included into the invoice. The goods will be delivered by the DPD couriers.
    In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we are committed to immediately contact you and clear irregularities.
    The security of your data is our primary concern.
    BOGS marketed by us are covered by warranty.
    You can return your items:
    - if the boots do not fit you because they are low-quality or have been spoiled during shipment
    - if the shoes are the wrong size

    When returning shoes, it is possible:
    - to exchange the BOGS purchased for a different size or a different model
    - get a refund
    Amounts paid for the delivery of goods will not be refunded. You will be charged a shipping cost for each item returned and another size forwarded.

    Returning shoes must meet the following terms and conditions:
    - a returnable item must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice);
    - a returnable item must be in its original tidy package;
    - an item must be in a saleable condition (unworn, unused, with all labels attached, protective liners undamaged, etc.);
    - a returnable item must be complete;
    - a returnable item must be accompanied by a free format application specifying the reasons for the return and the customer's bank account number to transfer reimbursement.
    Goods shall be returned in accordance with Order No. 217 on Approval of Rules for Return and Exchange of Goods passed by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on of 29 June 2001.

    The returned items shall be delivered to the warehouse where our staff shall assess whether the items have been returned in compliance with the above terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions are fulfilled, money will be transferred to your bank account no later than 14 days after the date on which a refund was agreed.
