Bogs sizes

  • BOGS footwear matches to U.S. and European shoe size measurements.
BOGS should be a little loose and not too snug to the foot to ensure proper insulation and air circulation.

    HOW TO MEASURE

First, measure the length of your foot as shown below.
Add approximately 1 cm and find BOGS size chart measurement listed under your shoe size. The BOGS insole should be approximately 1 cm above the foot length.
The same instructions apply to kids’ sizes, just 0.5 - 1 cm shall be added to the foot in length for the foot to feel comfortable and leave some space for growing.

    INSOLE TEST

Take the insole out of a BOGS boot and put one of your feet (the larger one) on it. If there is a space of approximately 1 cm left between your largest toe and the edge of the insole, BOGS will fit perfectly and perform their function and your feet will always be dry and warm, whatever the weather.

HOW TO QUICKLY SELECT THE RIGHT BOGS SIZE

WOMEN'S BOGS are slightly reduced in size so you should choose boots one size larger.

MEN’S BOGS match the indicated size therefore if you wear boots a half-size larger, you should choose larger boots.

KIDS’ BOGS match the indicated size however some space should be left for the foot to grow.

BOGS should be a little loose and not too snug to the foot.

BOGS WILL PERFORM ALL OF THEIR FUNCTIONS - KEEP YOUR FEET WARM, INSULATED, AND DRY IF:

You choose a larger size boots that are not too snug to the foot. BOGS should be a little loose for an air gap to ensure heat insulation. Boots that are too tight will be ordinary rubber boots and will not provide warmth.
You choose wool socks, preferably alpaca wool, in cold weather.
Warm socks are soft and smooth. They should be loose to avoid squeezing toes together and abrading the inner layer of boots. However we recommend that you do not wear socks knitted by hand since they are often stiff and rough.
BOGS "breathe" - a 2 mm thick AirMesh layer eliminates moisture and warmth from inside the boot every time the foot pushes against the sole.

You take out the insole when you are not wearing BOGS - just let it to be aired for at least half an hour.

You do not leave BOGS outdoors; boots will feel unpleasantly cold to the foot when you are putting them on.
